Midtown Food Palace in La Union
10/30/2012
Last October 26-29, 2012 was the La
Union Surfing Break 7, this is an annual event held at the Urbiztondo Beach
in San Juan, La Union. The 3-day event was fun packed with activities
attended by almost everyone. I managed to take some photos during the event and
you can check it my post about the Photos
of 7th La Union Surfing Break.
One of our dinners in La Union
was at Midtown Food Palace; the restaurant is located along the National
Highway in the City of San Fernando. To be able to get there you can ride a
jeepney from the Surfing Area to the City proper or you can drive and follow
the national highway.

The waitress and waiters are
courteous when we entered the establishment. They welcomed us and assist us on
our table. They accommodate us with smile and prompt on taking our orders.
Food: •••• 4 circles
The foods are good but nothing is
so special about them.
Ambiance of the place: •••• 4
circles
The place is air-conditioned but
there are a lot of people eating. The arrangements of the tables are like
canteens.
Comfort Rooms: •••3
circles
The comfort room has no liquid
soap or even hand sanitizer and it has a foul spell.
Money Value: •••• 4 circles
The food are not so special and
the price is just average.
Overall Rating: ••• 3 circles
The
place has no special dishes to offer, if you want to eat to a place within
budget then you can eat here. This is a good place for travellers who want to
eat and save at the same time.
