Today we decided to have our late lunch early dinner at Sentro 1771. This place is located at Serendra Piazza, McKinley Parkway, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. The operating hours during Mondays to Fridays are from 7:00AM to 11:00PM and on Saturdays and Sundays are from 7:00AM to 12MN. The resto serve Filipino cuisines and the specialty of the house is the Sinigang na Corned Beef.

The Dining Experience

We ordered there popular Sizzling Tofu as our appetizer while choosing what to eat. The creamy, sour taste of this one is what I really like. The tofu was sliced in small dices, it has also small bits of onions to add flavor and was cooked in a sizzling pan. This is my all-time favorite appetizer and I’ve been trying to cook it in my house but have no success yet.

So we decided to order Grilled Chicken Steak and Honey Glazed Pork Spareribs for our main course. The chicken was fillet and grilled with garlic. The pork spareribs were so tender I’m guessing it was cooked in a pressure cooker and served with honey glazed. Both are great choices and the prices are reasonable.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this place because of their good place, great service and sumptuous food. If you want to have a great time with your love ones or family you can bring them here. I can certify to you that you will get the value for you money.
